The VRSJO Knowledge Base documentation platform is now live. Customers can browse help articles, search for answers, and access onboarding guides across all service areas.
AI chatbot readiness content is now available
The AI Chatbot Readiness section is live with guides on preparing knowledge base content for AI chatbots, conversation design, fallback logic, and the readiness checklist.
Search improvements and navigation overhaul
Full-text search now returns results ranked by title match first, with excerpt previews. Navigation sidebar now groups articles by section automatically based on URL structure.
Fixed: Article pages returning 404 after navigation
Article pages were incorrectly returning a 404 error when navigating directly from the product homepage to a specific doc. This has been resolved.
Recruitment documentation section is live
The Recruitment product documentation is now available, covering the full hiring process from role intake and sourcing through to offer support and pipeline reporting.
PDF export, narration, and share links
Every article now supports PDF export, AI-generated audio narration, and a copy-link button for sharing specific documentation pages.
Fixed: Search returning duplicate results for the same article
The search index was creating duplicate entries when an article was updated multiple times. The deduplication logic has been corrected.
Getting Started guide with progress tracking
The Getting Started page now includes a progress tracker, role-based step filtering, and a sticky next-action bar that guides new users through their setup path.
Content packages page added
Documentation for the four VRSJO knowledge base packages is now available: Starter, Growth, AI-Ready, and Managed.
Fixed: Navigation sidebar not showing sub-sections on small screens
The sidebar navigation was collapsing all sub-sections on screens narrower than 1024px. Section groups now remain accessible on all screen sizes.
