Overview
A knowledge base development project starts with a discovery and audit phase. VRSJO reviews your existing content, repeated questions, support tickets, internal documents, product notes, and current help resources.
After the audit we create a content structure. This includes categories, article types, priority topics, naming rules, and search terms. Once the structure is approved we begin writing and rewriting the content.
The Six Phases

Phase 2: Structure and Strategy
We build the information architecture, define categories, create article templates, and plan the knowledge base experience. Output: knowledge base sitemap, category structure, article templates, content style guide.
Phase 3: Writing and Content Development
We write new articles, rewrite existing ones, create SOPs, build FAQs, and prepare content for both search and AI chatbot use. Output: draft articles, SOPs, FAQs, chatbot-ready content blocks.
Phase 4: Review and Optimization
We review content with your team, correct gaps, improve wording, test usability, and refine the structure. Output: reviewed articles, updated structure, final launch-ready content.
Phase 5: Launch Support
We help prepare the content for publishing inside your chosen platform. Output: published articles, help center structure, launch checklist.
Phase 6: Maintenance and AI Improvement
We support updates, article expansion, chatbot answer improvement, and ongoing content performance review. Output: monthly update list, new content backlog, chatbot improvement notes.
